Found on one of the poshest streets of Naples, Hotel Palazzo Alabardieri is a very elegant establishment that should make you feel like Old Italian royalty.
Each guest passes through a short passageway that takes them from the busy streets into the courtyard. This passageway is what separates the hotel from the buzz of the city, allowing you to enjoy some peace and quiet.
Once you’re inside, you can notice how the interior opens up in a lobby resembling an atrium. The building itself is historical but, at the same time, well-kept. For this reason, the owners decided to keep the traditional elements of the architecture and further decorate using Neapolitan touches.
Guests can spend time in the courtyard, covered to protect them from the elements. There, you can relax on the white wicker chairs and gaze at the lovely, serene plants. The bar area has a slightly different vibe, with wood panel walls, wood flooring, and cream leather seats.
The hotel used to house religious orders in the past, and you can still see some of the details of the old building. These details are most visible in the breakfast room, which was used to accommodate the cloisters.
The refined and quiet setting makes it the perfect choice for people on a honeymoon. That being said, people on a business trip can also enjoy the multiple conference rooms.
