Hotel Lago is located within a short distance of the Como Lago Train Station, a popular stopping point for many tourists.
Nestled in Torno, it offers a piece of tranquility for anyone seeking a vacation. Unlike other hotels that were housed in old buildings, this one was erected in 2019 and opened its doors in 2020. The modern touches make it look even more luxurious, the wall-to-ceiling windows offering gorgeous views of the lake.
The 12 rooms within the hotel were individually decorated with sophisticated pieces while emphasizing comfort. The premium beds are very comfortable to sleep in, and the private bathrooms are luxurious and spa-like, with bidets and all the other amenities you may need.
Each room is air-conditioned and features a coffee machine, a desk, a fridge, and a minibar. There is also a safety deposit box where you can store your belongings, such as your laptop, jewelry, or passport. Some rooms also come with a balcony, offering glorious views of Lake Como and the surroundings.

As the area is not exactly near the city center, Hotel Lago is quite far from many of the popular locations. However, transportation may still be arranged. Villa Balbianello, popular for its apparition in James Bond, is 13 km away, whereas the Broletto is 6 km away. If you are in the area, you can also check out the Volta Temple or the Silk Museum.
While few, some attractions are within walking distance. Many of those attractions are parks and gardens. Parco Giochi di Torno is 5 minutes away, and a 7-minute walk will take you to Parco di Villa Zita. Guests can stop at Bar Italia Tornoallariva for refreshments, as it is about 10 minutes away from the hotel.
The area itself is very popular for cycling, which is quite a relaxing activity since there is not much traffic. The friendly hotel staff can provide bicycle rentals but can also steer you in the direction of good car rental options. Public transportation or taxis can also be used to reach your points of interest.
