My 8 year old son and I thoroughly enjoyed our Percy Jackson tour of the acropolis and afternoon tour to Sounion to see the Temple of Poseidon. Our tour guide, Mary-Helena was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the history, archeology, Greek mythology and of course Percy Jackson. She was very kind and patient with my son. The tour was well organized at every step. Highly recommend!

We had a private Athens Percy Jackson tour for 12 that started at the Acropolis with an amazing guide (Vicky) who was a trained archeologist & anthropologist & incredible story teller. They arranged 3D iPads for the kids, which were incredible— definitely add those to your tour. Vicky maintained a great pace in the museum, which was beautifully done. She did a great job engaging the kids, including our 9 year old who wanted to co-lead the myth telling. Afterward, she lead us to a Spartan restaurant where we were the only tourists. We shopped & rested before meeting our mini-van. Our driver let us visit the Temple of Poseidon first (self-guided— a custom pamphlet would have been helpful) so we got a little more time at the Aegeon Beach hotel. We ate at a nearby taverna, which was overpriced but consistent with that area. The kids enjoyed the tide pools.
