Nestled in the heart of Rome, Hotel Campo de’ Fiori has a very rich history. Unlike many hotels that took on a more modern façade, Hotel Campo de’ Fiori decided on a different approach.
It kept many of the Old-World details so that when you enter the building, you still feel like you are in an 18th-century establishment (with better amenities). The building used to be a bordello for priests in the mid-18th century, giving guests a lot of history to gossip about.
The ivy-draped hotel is beautiful, elegant, romantic, and everything you could expect from upscale accommodation. The fireplace in the hotel is perfect to stay in front of during the cold winter months with a cup of cocoa in your hands.
Moreover, the exposed brick design of the hotel gives the entire place a unique atmosphere, and the elegant furnishing makes you feel like you are in some royalty’s vacation home.
Aside from the guest rooms, you may also reside in one of the apartments provided by the hotel.
These apartments are decorated in a similar style, which means that guests will not be missing out on the experience. You can opt for an apartment where all the action takes place, or one in a quieter area.
There are 23 rooms inside the hotel, all different in size and décor, but each with its own charming touches. Don’t be surprised to see dark parquet flooring, intricate brocade wallpaper, coffered ceilings, elaborate chandeliers, and antique four-poster beds.
The entire hotel is thrilling, romantic, but most importantly, very chic and luxurious.
